Razor Product Updates

We just finished adding 25 items back in to stock on Razor's Edge. There are a bunch of Sideshow Weta Lord of the Rings products, which were re-stocked and some older statues and busts were added as well. The Gentle Giant section had a big update tonight with 10 items added back in to inventory. So check us out.

Last Week of June Blah Blah Blah

It's been a while since I posted something so I did not want all of you to think I was dead. LOL. We will have coming in next week our last shipment of Mace Windu Character Keys from Acme Archives. We expect them in early in the week and we will have them live on the website as soon as they arrive. We will also have the Sideshow 12 Inch Hicks figure from Aliens coming in as well. Sideshow just shipped us, our first wave of them. So everyone who has a preorder for one will be emailed from me. We put back up for preorder some Gentle Giant products which were pre sold out, but we were able to order more. We have some Sideshow 12 Inch Anakin and Jedi Luke now available for sale. We are also sending out 2nd notices to everyone who preordered the ARC Character Key tomorrow. We still have about 30 people who did not pay and after the 2nd notice comes the final notice. If we have any extras, they will be put back up in stock on the website as a 2nd chance offer. Some of our customers took advantage of this last week when we listed extras. I'd like to say this Blog was a pretty good idea. After having it up for about 6 weeks, we have received very nice comments from some of you. We have even heard reports that some other retail websites are starting their own Blog. Good for them. Customers should be notified about what's going on. Looking forward to a nice 4th of July weekend. We will be open Monday, July 3rd and closed on Tuesday, July 4th for the holiday. We will be back in the office / warehouse on July 5th for business as usual. From our family to yours, have a happy and safe 4th of July. Please keep the youngsters away from the fireworks. Leave that to the old folks like me. LOL.

A sleeper sale starts Wednesday night at 9-10 PM EST and Runs until Friday night at Midnight or while supplies last, (Hence the name Sleeper). Forum member Carol Gilbert, aka JediMom, and her husband, Mark, are facing a tremendous amount of debt from medical bills. Mark suffers from a condition known as Wegener's Granulomatosis, a rare autoimmune disease. The final cost of this auction, less the associated eBay and PayPal fees and cost of shipping, will be a small step toward helping the Gilbert family overcome these seemingly insurmountable circumstances. ARC Trooper Update # 3

Another Late Night! Over 500 of these have been shipped so far and we are all caught up on most of the payments that have come in but we still have some customers that we can't ship until we get your payment so if you have yet to complete your order and make final payment, please do so ASAP so we can get your order processed and out the door! If you are still in the market for one of these keep checking back as we are adding them as we get cancelled orders (and yes we have had 3 so far and they have sold within minutes of getting added back in). Also don't forget that we are giving away a framed key this month so be sure to enter the contest! Thanks for all the great emails and messages you have sent to us, we are glad you are pleased with your Arc and our shipping and packing methods. What's Coming In!

Corpse Bride Victor and Victoria Mini Bust, the Star Wars Boba Fett Statue and the Harry Potter Hungarian Horntail Dragon and are on the way and should be in our wharehouse on Tuesday and Wednesday this week! We have a limited amount of each of these left for pre-order on the site and we will be adding the 12" Sideshow Darth Maul later this week as well!

Razors Edge Exclusive ARC Trooper Character Key Update 2

Just a quick update! We have been processing, packing and shipping the Arc's 18 hours a day and have already shipped over 250 out! I am personally handling these while my employees handle the normal day to day processing and shipping! Many of you have emailed me at 9am and 11pm and yes I am here and I am doing all I can to get all 700 plus of these out to you as soon as I can. My plan is to have them all shipped by next week, but we can't ship until we get your payment so if you have yet to complete your order and make final payment, please do so ASAP. Also, Mark over at Yodasnews put up some pictures of the Arc if you want to see the final product drop over there. I will get some up on my blog as well when I peel myself away from the PC for a few minutes! And if anyone out there has an extra Obi Character Key, please let me know!

We will either re-charge your card (with your permission), you can send the balance via PayPal or we can invoice you! I am personally sending each person a message on which method they would like, and if you did not yet get your e-mail, not to worry, I am about 40% done so I have a long night ahead of me and our shipping deparment is on stand by to get these out to you as soon as we get them, possibly same day for those who have completed payment. They are set to arrive in the next 24-48 hours!

Razor's Edge Website News for Today 6-6-06

We've added a bunch of new items and some restocking to the website today. we just got in our Ultra Titanium Vehicle Assortment from Hasbro so the ARC-170, AT AT and Snowspeeder have been added back in to stock. We've also added some premium format Star Wars figures including a Sideshow Vader Exclusive as well. The June newsletter is also on it's way to all of our newsletter subscribers. Tomorrow is also Razor's Edge next Sleeper Sale and I don't think you'll want to miss this one.

Razors Edge Exclusive ARC Trooper Character Key Shipping Information

We are going to streamline this process to make it easy for everyone so we can ship these out right away.

I just got off the phone with Acme and these will ship to us this Wednesday or Thursday at the latest, so we expect them in our warehouse on June 13th or June 14th.

Starting June 10th, I am going to email each and every one of you who have these on preorder sorted by date order. Whoever ordered 1st, gets an email from me first, etc. The email will basically tell you how many you purchased, what your balance is based on your preorder deposit and what the shipping is, which will give you a grand total of what is due for your order.

At that point, you will be given choices of how to pay off the balance.

The choices will be Credit Card, Paypal or Check/Money Order. If you paid the deposit on your credit card, we have the ability to re-charge that same card for the balance (with your approval of course). If you want us to send you a Paypal invoice for the balance, no problem, we can do that as well.

Once you are paid in full, your order will ship. I'm keeping this as simple as possible.

I figure we should be able to get everything out (providing we receive all balances due), within a week.

These will be shipping in special boxes called destructos with bubble wrap.

Unless specified on your preorder, we will be shipping everything via USPS Priority Mail with Tracking and Insurance.

We will be using the Click N Ship program via the web so each of your will receive a tracking number as well, via Email from the USPS website.

For foreign orders, we will contact you with different shipping options to your country and pricing for that option. Based on the option you select, is how we will ship.
