Martin Luther King Jr. Day Notice

US Post Office Servers Down

are Down, so we are not able to calculate a shipping weight or process a customs form.

We called them and are being told that they are working on it and will resolve the issue as fast as they can.

Waking Up the Blog

Hi Everyone,

We started this Blog a little over 4 years ago and before Tweeting and Facebooking, this was the means of communication between our website and all of our customers.

Then, it slowly slipped away as our company grew and there was a 3 year lapse in Blogging.

I ran across this old Blog several months back and I was actually going to delete it. But, since it had so much good original content, I decided to keep it and now wake it back up and start Blogging again.

Hey, I was always good at Blogging and the one thing which can't be duplicated is my own personal originality which comes out in this Blog.

This is of course besides my good looks, humor and charm. LMAO.

So, for website news, vacation announcements, announcements that the Yankees will probably get knocked out of the NLCS, etc., keep an eye on the Blog.

I will update it when I can with info I think is irrelevant. Wait, I meant relevant.

Master Replicas Boba Fett Helmet Preorder Information

We will be carrying the LE and SE versions. These will be a limit of 1 per household for both versions of this helmet.

Sideshow Biker Scout Official Announcement

Hi Everyone,

In regards to all of the email inquiries we received regarding the Sideshow Premium Format Biker Scout statue. Here is my official statement on it.

We will not have this item available for preorder. Sideshow is supposedly allocating all dealers only 1 piece of this item. At least that is what they told me and I would have to assume there is no favoritism and all dealers will only get one. Sideshow is saying due to the heavy allocations on this piece. So I guess they are not making as many as people thought. I respect their decision since it's their item and if they do allow us more than the 1 piece, we will put it up for preorder.

If anyone has any questions, let me know. My apologies that we were not able to provide this piece to any of our clients.

Gentle Giant Obi Wan in Clone Armor Amnesty Notice

Hi Everyone,

I’m sure everyone is well aware of the Obi Wan in Clone Armor statue situation.

As a business man and collector, truthfully I did not want to believe it myself until I physically saw the piece. However, after looking at the piece and how off it is from the originally advertised prototype, I’m going to take the following actions.

Anyone, who preordered this piece from Razor’s Edge, will get a one-time free pass on it.

What this means is, everyone who already cancelled their preorders for this statue will get their preorder deposits credited back from us.

Anyone who was on the fence and did not want to lose their preorder deposit can now cancel with us, with no penalties.

We are going to take your preorder deposits and apply them as an open credit on your account towards any future purchases with us.

This way no one feels slighted as this was not our intention.

I ask that anyone who has already cancelled or wants to cancel this statue to please email me directly and I will credit you back your deposit.

I’m going to leave a window of time open for this one time credit until the end of this month (March 31st).

Moving forward, our preorder cancellation policy (which has been the same since the day we opened our doors) will remain in effect for all future preorders.

We will absorb the financial burden of the excess of this product. As a collector and completist of this line, I will be taking one home for myself. After all, I have a lot of extras.

Hi Everyone,

OK, I just finishing eating my sandwich and opened up an Iced Cold Dew and got my second wind. Here's the juicy stuff.

Sideshow
Sideshow had to be one of the busiest booths at the show. Tons of people staring at their new lineup for 2007. Here's my report.

First, the Aliens/Ripley 1:6 Scale Powerloader. I'm not that much into figures myself, but after I saw this, I'm taking home a Ripley figure just for this piece. It's huge !!!. Very well detailed up to the red light on the top of the powerloader, which will flash like it did in the movie. Sideshow had most of the Alien and Predator stuff on display in 1 showcase and the Powerloader was right smack in the middle of it. It's a definite pickup when Sideshow finally releases it.

The new Sideshow exclusive James Bond Premium Format Figure was fantastic. The clothing/suit was beautiful. And the new face sculpt captured the essence of Sean Connery. Dead on accurate. I'm glad I preordered one of these from Sideshow.

The Sideshow Legend from Lord of Darkness was spectacular. The sculpt was incredible and his clothing down to the little sequins in his robe were amazing. Very big statue as well.

Moving on to the Darth Maul Premium Format. Wow !!! Maul is in a great pose. The light up saber effect was really cool and the face sculpt was pretty good. The clothing was really well done. All though SS only had a proof on display. What I thought was cool, was the way Sideshow is putting the electrical mechanism for the saber inside of Maul's hand. Unlike the Darth Vader Premium format, the electrical component is built into Maul's hand so basically when you put the hand on, the saber lights. This was a great idea Sideshow came up with.

The Boba Fett Premium format has to be one of my all time favorites now. I was partial to the Attakus Fett but after looking and holding Boba in my hands, I fell in love. I can't wait for him to come out. Best Boba statue to date in my opinion.

Emma was there as well. All 36 Double D's of her. LOL, well at least that's what it looked like. I still can't believe how cool she is and at such a low price point. Guys, if you wife allows it, you have to take one of these home. LOL.

I thought the X-Men vs Sentinel #2 was OK. I liked the Sentinel base, but liked the Emma Maquette better than the Emma on top of the Sentinel. The Beast was OK as well. I personally like the Bowen Beast statue better myself. The fact Sideshow had the 1st X-Men vs Sentinel Piece next to it made #2 look better. They looked really good together side by side.

Other honorable mentions was Elvis. I still don't think it was 100% accurate, but people were raving about it. The Anakin vs Obi Wan Diorama was really nice. The base was huge and the detail on the figures were nice as well. I think you will be seeing alot of nice Star Wars Dioramas moving forward. The Crack of Doom Diorama was small, but very accurate. Since I'm such a sucker for Lord of the Rings, this is a no brainer for me. The new Buffy looked really good. I like the face better than the 1st Buffy PF. The Alien 3 statue was impressive. Big !!! The tail almost hit me as I walked by it. Frankenstein's 1:1 Bust was pretty cool all though I'm not into 1:1 busts myself. The Dejarik Holochess Set was pretty small but detailed. The base (chess board) was very clean and sleek looking and the pieces all though small, were very detailed.

Gentle Giant
The wife and I spent about an hour in Gentle Giant's infamous room. Wow, where do I start here. Hmm. OK, let's start with Lord of The Rings.

The 2 new pieces Sam and Frodo were beautiful sculpts. GG had them both displayed with Helmets off and the Helmets were on the side of each piece. The paint application was great and I loved the rock bases. Sandwiched in between Frodo and Sam was I would think, the final version of Elrond, which looked really cool. Elrond had a really nice base as well and his cape came down past the base and curled up a little on the sides of the bust.

There was a clay prototype of Gimli and Legolas Maquettes. These we were told will be sold separately and the bases will be designed to go together so it will look like 1 bigger maquette of both of them. Pretty cool.

The finished Saruman Bust was great as well. I must say Gentle Giant has something really special with this LOTR line and I will be the proud owner of all of them, when they finally come out.

As for Star Wars, let's start off with R2-D2, which I would think is a statue, but I think he is classified as a bust. They had a beautiful prototype of him. The new Vader from ROTJ kneeling on a circular base which will light up was a nice refresh of Vader and probably GG's best Vader to date. Han Solo which I believe was from ESB was shown as a clay prototype. Han's pose looked similar to the Unleashed Han, where it looks like he is looking back and firing his blaster. Can't say much more about it because it was only a clay proto. The Chewbacca Maquette was out as well. Again a prototype, but you can make out all of the detail on his fur. He was a nice sized maquette as well. GG had Red and Blue Royal Guard Busts on display. The Red was painted and the Blue was a clay prototype. Now Sidious will look much better with these 2 flanking over his shoulders.

Bubo was pretty cool from Clash of the Titans. The sculpt looks like it was made out of metal. Very shiny. The tree limb he was resting on looked like real wood as well. A real nice piece for Clash of the Titan fans. I'm not sure if I will get one of him yet. Since he is such a low production run, I will probably take one home. Still undecided.

Something really cool I saw were the 2 new Rotocast pieces GG will be putting out. The 1st was a Scout Trooper on Speeder Bike and the 2nd was a TIE Pilot in his TIE Fighter. The design of these are more like characticures, where the Scout Trooper had a bigger head than his body and the TIE Pilot was bigger than the TIE Fighter he was popping out of. I actually liked them. Especially the Scout Trooper on Speeder Bike.

The R2-D2 Trash can which GG will be importing was fun. I may get one for the office. All though it does not look like it will hold that much trash. LOL.

The Star Wars Chess Set (Sith vs Jedi), which I was told will be made with special built in compartments to hold all of the pieces was really cool. It showed Vader and Sidious as the king and queen and the Jedi side had X-Wing Pilots as pawns. Luke, etc. I actually forgot what all of the pieces were and should have wrote this down. I believe the pawns on the Sith side were Rebel Troopers. Pretty detailed chess board too.

On to the Bust Ups. Gentle Giant will be releasing a Return of the Jedi Bust Ups series. In this set we saw Endor Leia, Endor Han, Chewbacca (I believe, but I could be mistaken) and Ewoks. There was also a 3D looking Bust Up, which shows (I think I have this correct), Luke's X-Wing Fighter escaping the Deathstar and the Deathstar with a halo around it, representing it blowing up. It was small, but really cool.

As for the Exclusives wall, the Darth Malek was cool as was the Blue Royal Guard statue. Of course I stared down all of the Clone Busts and Bly was a standout. Chewbacca with his mask looked to me like the regular Chewbacca wearing a mask. LOL.
The Yoda and R2-D2 Maquette was pretty cool, all though I'm partial to the new statue/bust/what ever Gentle Giant calls it, coming out. The Mace Windu maquette from Clone Wars was awesome. I loved the pose and that mean "I'm going to kill you" pose from Clone Wars.

GG will also be distributing Star Trek Figures through Medicom and had Captain Picard out on display. He looked really good. I believe they will be distributing all TNG figures 1st and no TOS, but don't quote me on that.

As for any GG which I may have left out, you can email me directly. All though I think I got most of the stuff which hasn't been released.

My Attempt at Toyfair 2007 Coverage First Half

While I'm not a news reporter by any means, the wife and I went to Toyfair on Sunday. Here is what I saw, what I heard about and my personal opinions on everything. I hope it's a good read for all of you.

Attakus
Attakus was one of our 1st stops of the day and they had all of their pieces displayed. The Falcon was huge. It took up the whole right side of their front display. I have to say it's really nice in person, but not for me. The figures reminded me of Hasbro figures, only metal and I'm more of a statue and bust man.

Attakus also has alot of the Marvel pieces on display, which I have never seen in person. The Hulk was amazing and so were the Alien and the Alien Egg displays. The Oola was a beautiful sculpt and the press pictures Attakus took do not even come close to how the statue looks in person. I would say it's up there as one of Attakus' best sculpts.

The people working the booth were real friendly and spoke better English then I did. LOL, which isn't saying much, considering I'm a Brooklyn boy. They do have a new Sandtrooper Sergeant coming out soon. He is the same height as the Squad leader and has a different Pauldron, different weapon and the foot pose was different. So I would not call it a repaint. Attakus told us they are only making 700 pieces of him worldwide and Japan will not get the 200 pieces they normally do of this statue. 700 is Attakus' 2nd lowest run after the Bronze Yoda, which was only 250 pieces and you never really see him these days. The pricing on the new Sandtrooper should be about the same as the current Squad Leader coming out.

There will also be another Scrat statue being made. Since the 1st one sold out so fast and the demand is high for this little guy, they are producing a 2nd version of Scrat. Which will be the same exact sculpt as the 1st Scrat except the base will be a different color. There is no edition size set yet. Pricing will be identical to the 1st Scrat which should resale for about $90.00.

Attakus also told us their Shrek and Donkey statue is almost sold out. With the new Shrek movie coming out, this statue got a resurgence and they are almost done. I suggest if you do not have one to pickup this statue as I have one in my son's room and I love it.

McFarlane
The wife and I stopped by the McFarlane booth to take a look. One of the nicer things we saw was a 2-Up of Kiefer Sutherland as Jack Bauer for the new box set they will be coming out with later in the year. For those of you who do not know what a 2-Up is, it's a 15 inch PVC (sometimes resin) sculpture of the actual product coming out. Once it's completed, the manufacturer shrinks it down to standard 7 inch size (normal figure size). One manufacturer told me it's easier to start off bigger and when the figure is shrunk down, it looks that much more accurate. This is something I learned at the show.

Neca
Neca's booth looked more like a tent to me. So the wife and I went inside to take a look. They had an entire corner devoted to Harry Potter. All of the new figures which are coming out were displayed as 2-Up prototypes. If you want to see some pictures, go to www.voldemortsvault.com and they have them on the main page. They look fantastic. Especially the Harry vs Voldemort box set they will be releasing later on this year. Tom Riddle's grave was fantastic. We were not allowed to take any pictures of the prototypes which is why we do not have them up.

The people at Neca were awesome. Jon and Chris were really nice guys. We also took a look at the 2 new Saw Puppets they will be producing later this year. One was approximately 12 inches tall and the other was a mini size at about 6 inches. Again, no pics. LOL, top secret stuff here. Other Honorable mentions were the 4 2-Up's we saw of the new Reservoir Dogs Boxed set coming out and we saw the 18 inch Hannibal Lecter Figure also coming out later this year. Props to Neca for bringing out really affordable collectibles that look just like statues.

Master Replicas
The Master Replicas booth was pretty amazing as well. They had the new Boba Fett Helmet Displayed and the Gree Helmet as well. Both were pretty accurate. What turned my head is the new Star Trek Assault Phaser coming out. Finally a nice new Star Trek Replica (it's about time MR). Even though it was a prototype, it was pretty cool. We also got to play with the new Yoda FX Saber coming out and that was pretty fun. All thought it's in scale to Yoda, it was a little on the smaller side, but had a nice looking hilt and a bright green light. The clashing sounds were a little different from the normal sounds I'm used to hearing from the Anakin and Vader FX Sabers I currently own. The Boba Fett Blaster was really nice. Big and had a real nice look to it. I wanted to pick it up, but was told not to touch, LOL.

Master Replicas also has the new Luke Blaster on display which to me, looks similar to the Han in my opinion so it didn't do anything for me. I was then looking at some of the new Disney Statuettes coming out. They had the Pinocchio puppet and the new Jiminy Cricket Statue and the new Minnie Mouse statue out as well. They changed these around a little from the previous 4 which are all out on the market. Minnie's ears and Jiminy's hat were felt covered unlike the Mickey, which was just black pain on top of resin. However, MR is raising their price points on these. MR put more quality into these pieces and it's reflected in the new SRP on them.

From the Corgi display we say some of the new Die Cast Marvel statues and Star Trek Mini ships, which were pretty cool. The Elektra standing over Daredevil Die Cast was a real nice looking piece. Finally, our sales rep took us in the MR secret room. LOL. The wife and I felt like VIP's. They had on display all of MR's Harry Potter offerings which unfortunately are not available in the US due to licensing. However, the figures were really nicely done and they had a set of bookends which were killer.

Diamond Select Toys
Diamond was located in the toy building so the wife and I hopped on a shuttle from the Javits center and went for a visit.

Diamond had a ton of new items on display. Alot of this is a blur, but here goes.

Diamond will be producing 2 new office space figure sets. Which had me cracking up. I could not get over how cool they were. 1st was my favorite Milton, who was sitting at his desk cubicle and it was the entire desk, cubicle, all office items, papers everywhere, awesome. The 2nd figure was Bill Lumbergh, which was shown standing up with his cup of coffee in hand leaning on a cubicle wall. I think you will be able to put them side by side like the basement scene from the movie.

We were also shown Diamond's line up of Spiderman 3 Resin Products. They were hidden in a cabinet. LOL, top secret so again no pics. The Black Spiderman Bust and Venom were really nice as was the new Sandman statue. Diamond told us Sony will now allow any Spiderman 3 pictures to be released until March 24th. The 2 busts are a definite pickup if you're a Spiderman fan.

We also got to see the new Marvel Zombie Super Hero pieces. Diamond had Spiderman with Mary Jane on display and both were Zombies. You can see Spiderman's ripped up torso, bone pieces and hanging flesh. It showed me Spiderman in a whole new light. LOL. I think I will actually pick one of these up since I like Zombie stuff.

Diamond will also be releasing new Star Trek busts later this year as part of their Icons line. From the 4 we saw and they were prototypes, they looked pretty good. I think the Kirk needs a little more work though. I did not think he was 100% Shatner in my eyes.

I got to see the Ghost Rider statues again and the more I see the Ghost Rider on Water with his motorcycle, the more I'm going to take one of these home. LOL. Gentle Giant sculpted it and it's a piece you really have to see in person to appreciate. Very detailed and big. I love it and it's one of my favorite non Star Wars / LOTR statues coming out.

I'm going to close this Blog Entry out since I've been working on it for almost an hour. I will post a 2nd part which will include highlights of Sideshow and of course, Gentle Giant. That post will probably be the same size as this one.

Hi Everyone,

I'm back with some more great news. It's been about 2 weeks since the last blog because truthfully, there hasn't been much going on. But, now I have some news to report, so let's get down to it.

Gentle Giant:
We are still waiting for our shipment of Aragorn, The Ringwraith and Plo Koon. So far we have not heard any news about when our distributors are supposed to be getting them in. Since this is the last day of January, I guess the January street date is not applicable anymore. LOL.

When we're on the scene at Toyfair in a couple of weeks, I will let you know what goodies Gentle Giant has in store for us later next year.

Acme Archives:
Acme had great news for all of us in the last week. Acme's next Giclee "Women of Clone Wars" is now available for preorder from us with an expected ship date of February. Another great Giclee for your collection. Since Razor's offers free shipping on them, now's the time to preorder one and add this great piece to your collection.

Acme also announced a brand new Character Key Line, Original Trilogy Character Keys. The first key in this line will be none other than Princess Leia in her Slave Outfit. Hubba Hubba. This Key will be on sale first at the New York Comic Con in February (but will not be exclusive to the con) and at the same time it will be on sale direct at ACME Archives website and will have an edition size of 1000. We're not sure yet if we will have them for sale, but this is definitely worth talking about.

Factory X:
We will be receiving a nice shipment of various Buffy replicas from Factory X. They just received restocking on several items, which will be listed on the website as soon as they arrive. So we should be charging up the Buffy section again with more great products.

Quantum Mechanix:
The Serenity Money Packs have been flying off the shelves and today is the last day for production of the exclusive club version money packs. So whatever remaining inventory we have in stock now of these is all we will have left to sell. So if you haven't picked one up yet, now is the time before they sellout and prices rise.

The Captain Malcolm Reynolds Pistol is expected to ship soon as well. So we will keep you posted once it ships and on the way to us.

Hasbro:
The Sealed Saga Cases of Waves 8 & 9 both sold out for us last week. They have been hotcakes. But not to worry if you missed out. We should have more of Wave 9 back in stock in the next 2 weeks. We should also be receiving the Expanded Universe Cases and some of the new Starfighter Vehicles. Once we get these in, we will put some up on the website. The 30th Anniversary Wave 1 figures are expected out real soon too, so stay tuned on them.

Master Replicas:
We started receiving the pre sold out Star Trek Enterprise Commemorative Edition Signed Ships in our warehouse this week and everyone who had one on preorder was emailed. So if you did not hear from us, give us a call or email. The regular version of this ship is expected in stock in the next week or so.

Sideshow:
As always, there's alot going on with Sideshow. Hmm, where do I begin. Let's first start off with a 51 pound box named the Hulk. LOL. We received our shipment of these pre sold out statues and started emailing all of you who have preordered one with us, that he's here and we will be very happy to ship them all. LOL. My UPS driver looked at me like I had 2 heads when they arrived. LOL.

Darkhorse
Darkhorse announced a very special version of their very popular Serenity Ornament coming out in May. The Serenity in Disguise Ornament will be a Reaver disguised / damaged version of the Serenity ship as seen in the movie. This ship will be produced only in 1 print run, so after they are produced, No more will be made.

We still have in stock some of the original Serenity Ornaments. These are sold out everywhere and won't be out again until March. So if you wanted to pick one up, Razor's has them in stock in our Serenity Category.

Hasbro
Some of you may know and some of you may not. We're a direct Hasbro dealer and will start putting up Saga and 30th Anniversary Case assortments once they become available. All of these cases will be factory sealed and the next assortment scheduled out very soon is Wave 9, which are the final figures in the Saga series. After that, the 30th Anniversary Case assortments come out. So keep an eye out and look in our Star Wars Figures Category for new Hasbro Case Assortments as they become available.

Master Replicas
Master Replicas released the Millennium Falcon Studio Scale Replica last week and Boy is it huge. LOL. We have 1 left of the Limited Edition Version and 1 left from a cancelled preorder of the Signature Version, which was limited to only 500 pieces. Also, we offer free UPS Insured Ground shipping on both versions within the Continental US (48 States).

We will be putting up for preorder on Thursday, January 11th two great new items from Master Replicas. First, will be the long awaited Star Wars Yoda FX Lightsaber and the 212th Attack Battalion Helmet (Utapau Variation) from ROTS.

Gentle Giant just launched their brand new website today and they did one hell of a job. So if you get a chance, check it out.

As for new products, the Chewbacca Bust arrived this week (our first shipment), with the remainder of our shipment of him arriving next week. The Darth Maul Bust, Darth Vader Maquette & General Grievous Busts will be arriving either late next week or early the following week (after New Year's). Once they all come in, I will be busy sending out emails to everyone who has them on preorder. For those of you who have multiples, you will be saving some money on shipping.

We were also told the GG Red Royal Guard statue should be hitting our distributors next week, so they may be here the following week as well.

Plus all of January's releases means it will be a pretty busy month coming up.

Our shipment of Bowen Rhino Statues are on the way to us and should be here sometime next week. We actually received extras of this pre sold out piece so once they come in stock, we will put some live on the website for those of you who missed Rhino on preorder.

Bowen will also be shipping the Hulk and Venom statues late next week or the 1st week in January.

Hard Hero
Hard Hero is starting to ship the Green and Red Iron Fist statues out to all of their direct dealers, so we should be getting them sometime at the end of next week or the following week (after New Year's). I believe Hercules is not too far behind.

QMx just shipped us the Serenity Alliance Currency Collector's Club Money Packs and they are now in stock. QMx also told us the Captain Malcolm Reynolds Pistol is not that far behind so expect Mal's Pistol in stock in our warehouse sometime early January.

The Sideshow Exclusive Acme Kit Fisto Character Key (Framed and Un-Framed Versions) were made available to direct Sideshow dealers, which we are, so we have them up for order now and they will be in stock sometime 1st Quarter of 2007.

Master Replicas
Master Replicas started shipping the Millennium Falcons and we received our first shipment today of Signature Editions. With the regular version to be arriving sometime next week. Wow, what a big box. But, shipping won't be as bad as we thought in the US because UPS is able to pick them up and deliver them for us. We sent out all emails for the SE version to those of you who preordered it and we will be sending out emails for the regular versions once they come in stock next week.

Sideshow Collectibles
Nothing much changed since my last Blog report on Sideshow except the Salacious Crumb Creature Pack and Bib are coming in stock very soon, so I think there will be a big load of Star Wars figures and the Jabba Diorama all arriving next month.

We still have some stock left on the sold out Magneto Maquette, Fantastic Four Diorama and Captain America vs. Red Skull Diorama, so if you missed out on these fantastic Marvel pieces, we have a limited supply available for sale.

Hi Everyone,

It's been nuts as usual for the holiday rush. Not to mention the great success of the anniversary event the Friday before last. So time has been scarce. So I decided to post an entry to everyone's favorite blog today on my day off. I actually came in to do some work and decided now would be a good time to post some news. So take a minute from the 1 PM football games, put down the beer and lets blog together. LOL.

Gentle Giant
How can we not start with everyone's favorite company, who has been killing all of us this month. LOL. As for new stuff coming in, we expect the Darth Maul Bust, Chewbacca Bust, Grievous Bust and Vader Maquette. Some dealers have been getting them. We have not seen them yet, but did check and we will be receiving our full order, like we always do. So once these are on the way to us, we will post an update. This has been 1 crazy month thanks to Gentle Giant. But, everyone survived. LOL. We have also re-stocked some older Gentle Giant items on the website late Friday night, so you may want to checkout the Gentle Giant product section before they are all gone.

Neca
We received restocking of the hot selling Cult Classic Series 5 sets from Neca. We also got in late last week, the new 2006 NBX Jack Skellington Bust, which is a pretty cool bust and selling well. We should have in this week sometime the newest MOTU Series of Mini statues as well. Once they come in, we will put them live on the website.

Darkhorse
With the big success of the Serenity Ornament by Darkhorse, (which we still have in stock by the way), Darkhorse will be making a Reaver Damaged version of this ship, which will be available in May 2007. We will have it up for preorder after New Years, so keep an eye out for it.

Quantum Mechanix

Master Replicas
Alot going on with MR this week it seems. 1st, MR has discontinued the CE line of products moving forward. So we will have to wait and see what they are going to do with the newly announced Medal of Yavin CE, Biker Scout Blaster CE, Ki Adi Mundi CE Saber and others. Another mess it seems. But, MR should come out of it like they did with the Helmet fiasco earlier in the year. Now the good news, the Millennium Falcon Studio Scale will be shipping to us this week, just in time for Christmas. MR is also shipping the Darth Vader Helmet EP III Signature Edition Helmet and Darth Vader Lightsaber Signature Edition EPVI this week as well. So many high end goodies will be arriving. As always, we will email everyone with a preorder of these once they arrive.

Very sad news from Sideshow last week. Diane Kamahele, who was with Sideshow from the beginning (Wholesale Sales Manager), passed away at the tender age of 42 from heart failure last weekend. I myself knew Diane and have worked with her several times in the past. She was a very nice person and our hearts and prayers go out to Diane and her family during this very sad time.

Hi Everyone,

I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. We've been a little nuts here this week with all of the new products pretty much coming in at once. Not to mention I've been sick as a dog since last weekend.

In Regards to our 1 Year Anniversary Celebration tomorrow, we will be postponing it for 1 week and we are re-scheduling it for next Friday, December 8th, 2006. Festivities are to kick off at 1 PM.

With all of the filling of orders this week and the fact I'm working at about 60%, I felt the timing was off to do this tomorrow.

Sorry for any inconveniences this may cause you, but it will be well worth it.

Quick Monday Before Thanksgiving Blog

Hi Everyone,

I don't have much to report, but I wanted to get some information out to all of you, so you know what's going on and what's coming in stock. So here we go...

Gentle Giant Princess Leia and R2-D2 Animated Maquettes are on their way to us, but we only got about 100 pieces coming. The balance of them will arrive next week. The 100 pieces should hit us this Wednesday. Once they come in, we will start emailing everyone who has these on preorder in the order we received the preorder. Alot of you have Boba Maquettes here waiting for Leia, so we should be able to get most of those combo orders out as well as single Leia orders.

We will also be receiving the Gentle Giant Clone Wars Bust Ups next week as our distributor just got them in stock. So again, once those come in, we will email you to let you know.

We will be receiving restocking on the Gentle Giant Boba Fett statue next week as well.

We are currently pre sold out of Boba Fett Maquettes and we're trying hard to find some inventory. So stay tuned. Boy, he did not last long. I'm glad all of my customers had preorders for him. Very Hot Maquette.

The Acme Archives Shaak Ti Character Key should be arriving in our warehouse late next week or the following week. Once she comes in stock, we will automatically ship everyone's pre paid order for her. If anyone is still interested in her, we only have a handful left to sell and then we are sold out of her.

Attakus TIE Pilot statues will also be restocked next week.

NECA has shipped us the brand new Cult Classic Series 5 Figures too. Once we get them in stock and figure out the set per case breakdown, we will put them live on the website.

We expect a nice Kotobukiya restock order in next week as well. All of your favorite figures will be in stock at great prices.

Master Replicas started finally shipping us the Vader Studio Scale Helmets last week. Expect restocking of them next week.

DC Direct Superman Forever #1 Statues will be restocked this week as well.

Sideshow has shipped out the 1:1 Scale Dracula Busts, which are now pre sold out. We will contact everyone who has a preorder for one as soon as they arrive.

Sideshow has also shipped about 1/2 of our order on the pre sold out Captain America vs. Red Skull Dioramas, so we will be emailing everyone who has one on preorder as soon as they hit. We expect another shipment, which should cover all of our preorders sometime next week.

Sideshow / Medicom's Super Deformed Clone Trooper Figures, which were just released are also on the way to us and will be here early next week.

As for site news, this Wednesday is our latest and greatest sleeper sale, which we may start a little early, so keep an eye on the main page for the specials section to appear.

It's been a long time between Blog posts. I know, I know. I've been slacking. LOL. We've just been a little nutty lately. So, it's now time for another chapter in everyone's favorite Blog. So Lets Go....

Acme Archives
Let's start with our friends at Acme Archives. The Shaak Ti Character Key is now available for preorder on Razor's Edge. This is Acme's 11th key in this popular line and they did another amazing job. We have them listed as Single Keys, Double Keys, Foreign Orders Only and a Combo with the Asajj Ventress Exclusive Character Key. For all US Customers, shipping is already included in the price. We were only allowed a limited amount of these from Acme so I do not think they will last that long. Asajj is close to 75% sold out now and selling steady. Soon, she will be sold out like every other Character Key in this line.

Master Replicas
Master Replicas contacted us this week and they will start shipping our Regular edition Darth Vader Studio Scale Helmets next week so once they are in stock, everyone who preordered one will be contacted from us, plus we ordered several to keep in stock. Now, just so you know, Master Replicas changed their return policy on these helmets, so every single helmet which comes in stock will be hand checked by us before we ship them. I Will not ship a Helmet with defects and create a headache for our customers. Everyone has waited long enough and I want to make sure everyone who orders one of these from us, gets a perfect helmet. They will be stamped with Mike's seal of approval. LOL.

The Signature Versions will be right behind and should be in stock within the next 30 days as per Master Replicas. We will do the same thing with the Signature Versions and check each single helmet before it leaves.

Bowen Designs
To always increase the ever growing inventory of the Razor and branching out into new and great collectibles' lines, we will start carrying Bowen products on a regular basis now. Preorders and soon to be in stock items. We feel the Bowen Collectible line is a high end product like Hard Hero's Marvel line and brings another great series of statues and busts to our ever growing Comic Based Collectibles Inventory. We were a little late on Bowen's new Red Skull Statue, but will have him in stock sometime next week with more to follow. Stay tuned for more updates.

Gentle Giant
Let's talk a little about the Giant now. We received our shipment of Boba Fett Maquettes and contacted everyone who preordered one of them from us. Some of you who also preordered Leia were also contacted and offered to wait for Leia so we can combine shipping on both in 1 box and save you some money. As for Leia, funny story with her. We have alot on order and receive 4 (Yes 4) pieces this week. The balance we were told should be here sometime next week. It seems she arrived in waves to various distributors, so as soon as she comes in; everyone will be getting emails from us.

We also added a bunch of re-stocking to our Gentle Giant section. Some older and harder to find busts and Maquettes. We had another Dewback, but that did not last that long. We also privately purchased and listed our first promo from a walk in client. From what he told me, he has a bunch of Promo pieces, which I'm trying to get my hands on, but we shall see. If we can get them in stock, we will put them on the website. I'm not a Promo / AP person myself, but some of our customers love this un-numbered stuff, so we will try to get more of them if we can.

Just some information, we re-stocked the Barriss Offee and Luminara Unduli Maquette and Sandtrooper Sets. These are sold out everywhere and once they are gone, that's it. So if you were on the fence about them, don't wait too long. Same for Tarkin. We are very low on him and close to selling out, then that's it for him as well.

Special Avengers Diorama Statue Offer
We purchased a special offer from Diamond this week. Diamond Select is releasing a new Diorama which is formed out of 7 different statues which are being produced over the next year. Art Asylum is sculpting each statue in this series. This series is the New Avengers Line. This scene is made to re-create the Finch variant Cover of new Avengers Comic Book #1. Each statue will be limited to 2500 pieces produced and the unique thing about this offer is when all 7 statues are finally released, which will be September 2007, every one of the 7 statues will have the same identical serial number, which is pretty cool. So all 7 pieces will be numbered #100/2500 for example. This special offer was only available to a select number of Diamond customers and we took advantage of it.

Pretty cool. Each statue will be between 6 and 11 inches tall. The retail on this special is $595.00. We will be offering them up to anyone who is interested for $499.99 including shipping within the US or $499.99 + shipping overseas. I'm not going to put these up for preorder on our website, right now because it's early in the production phase since they won't be out for 10 months from now, LOL. But if anyone is interested, you can contact me directly about it. If not, sometime in August 2007, we will put them up for preorder.

Sideshow Collectibles
Alot of new from Sideshow this week. Good, Bad and Ugly. Let's start with the Ugly;

We spoke to Sideshow today and it seems they have a problem with the new Roger Moore as James Bond Premium Format statue. We were supposed to get a shipment in already. However, Sideshow told us they are having packaging problems with this statue and they received a very large amount of defective pieces already (Over 50% we were told), so they have to adjust / fix the packaging and produce more of these to fill the preorders made with them. They did ship a bunch out already to their retail customers (the people who spend full list price of course are first, which is cool with us) and most arrived broken, so basically there is a recall on them until they fix the packaging issue. This means everyone who preordered one from us, will get it, but we're not sure how soon? I just did not want you to think we forgot about anyone or can't deliver, as this is not the case. So stay tuned for more info about this problem.

Now the Bad / well maybe not that bad;

Sideshow will be shipping us the Captain America vs. Red Skull Diorama statues in about 2 weeks. These statues were under-produced so there will be allocations. I think we shut down the preorders on these early enough to fulfill every order, so it should not be a problem. However, if we do get cut more than we pre sold, we will make sure everyone who ordered 1 piece will have their order filled. Even if we have to go on Ebay and pay stupid prices, I will not let anyone down on this piece. For people that ordered multiples of this statue, your order may be cut. It's not definite yet, but I just wanted to make people aware. I will not know exactly how many we will be getting allocated for until they actually ship to us in about 2 weeks. So I will contact all of you who pre-ordered multiples personally if we do get allocated to tell you exactly how many you will be getting. But, we promise everyone at least 1, so I got all of your backs on this one.

Now on to some better and uplifting Sideshow News;

Sideshow found a whole bunch of Green Goblin statues in the European Warehouse and now they are back in the US so we will be getting them in again. Sideshow only received a handful of these and we will have them back up on the website shortly for order. It's a real nice piece and one of the earlier Sideshow pieces, so if you missed out, you will be able to purchase one now at under Sideshow's retail from us.

The Legendary Scale Morgul Lord Bust has shipped from Sideshow and is on the way to us and we should have him mid next week (YEAH BABY !!!) , so we will contact everyone who preordered this Bust once he arrives and you all know one of these bad boys is coming home with papa. LOL.

We also received shipping notices about a half-hour ago on the Sideshow Hot Toys Alien Warrior Figure, so that bad boy will be arriving to us late next week. Once he comes in stock, we will contact everyone who has a preorder in for him.

Also coming in real soon from Sideshow (in the next week), will be the Archangel and Hawkeye Archival sets. So be on the lookout for our in stock emails real soon on those.

Razor's Edge 1 Year Anniversary Blast Off
Get ready for some fun, some freebies and a kick a$$ scavenger hunt as Razor's Edge celebrates our 1 Year Anniversary with all of you on Friday, December 1st at 1PM. Expect the website to look a little different. LOL. We have the web guys working hard on this testing out some new features we will be adding for this special day. It should be alot of fun. Stay tuned and we will give you some teasers on exactly what we are doing. We're looking forward to it.

Hi Everyone,

Sorry it's been a while since my last post on the Blog. We've been a little nutty and I apologize since I know you all missed my humor. LOL. Here's a great leading story, my son Michael and his first Halloween dressed up as Yoda. LOL, we call him Baby Yoda. Baby Yoda and Mommy went Trick or Treating earlier today and he should score some great candy for mommy and daddy tonight. LOL.

Now on to some news. I'm going to change the format and basically post what's important and leave out all of the stuff no one reads anyway. LOL.

Gentle Giant
Alot going on this week with Gentle Giant. So Here goes;

The Animated Boba Fett Maquette is on the way to us and we expect him to arrive in our warehouse at the end of this week / beginning of next week. We will start sending out in stock emails to everyone who preordered one as soon as he hits.

New this week from Gentle Giant is the Corpse Bride Victor Statues and Mos Eisley Cantina Band Bust Ups Box set. In stock emails will be sent out shortly for these items. We also received our 1st shipment of Corpse Bride Black Widow statues with more to follow in about a week.

We also anticipate the Animated Leia and R2-D2 Maquette to be coming very soon (as a good guess, maybe 2 more weeks).

We will be carrying the Shaak Ti Character Key from Acme Archives and with this key, we will open up preorders approximately 1 week before they arrive. So like the Asajj Ventress Key, we want to get them in and out to you. Price will be $30.00 plus shipping on Shaak Ti.

We also have available if anyone is interested 1 more of the next series of Framed Character Keys. This 2nd set includes 1 each of Razor's Edge own Exclusive Arc Trooper Captain, Snow Bunny Padme, Anakin and Darth Sidious (very limited). Baby Got Back Blog

Attakus
Attakus announced their new Metal collection will now be available for sale in the US. This is a very big diorama which will cost you an arm and a leg. All though I have never seen one in person, the measurements of the Millennium Falcon and Death Star Hall together is approximately 6 feet in width and about 3 feet wide. It basically needs its own table to display. LOL. You can also pick up the metal 3" figures for around $70-80.00 each. Personally, I think the figures are a bit high in price, but they go well with the diorama. You can checkout all of the preorders for these in our Attakus section or the Star Wars Replicas section. We will also be getting in some more re-stocking of the TIE Pilots sometime next week. He's a hot piece and one of the nicer releases which just came out.

Darkhorse
Not sure if I ever posted about DH on the Blog, but all of you Firefly / Serenity fans will be happy to know we will have the Serenity Ornament in stock in time for Xmas. We just placed a preorder for them and they will be here sometime in early December. Many of you requested we sell these Ornaments, so we are going to carry them just for you.

Gentle Giant
Gentle Giant just announced three brand new products. First, is the Original Obi Wan Kenobi Bust from Episode IV. GG did a great job capturing Sir Alec Guinness and this will be a great addition to their growing Star Wars Bust collection. I'm looking forward to one of these for myself. GG also announced a new License, Pirates of the Caribbean Animated Series. GG's 1st offering will be an Animated Maquette of Jack Sparrow. I think it's pretty cool myself, but not sure if I will be getting one. I have to see it in person. Same goes with the new Lord of the Rings Animated Saruman Maquette. It actually looks pretty cool, but not sure. True, I'm a LOTR Diehard, but I want to see it when it gets here to decide if I want one or not. All 3 of these items are now available for preorder on our website. Also, GG should start shipping the Clone Wars Bust Ups and the Mos Eisley Bookends soon.

Quantum Mexhanix
QMx told us preorders will open up in December for the highly anticipated Serenity Vehicle. Serenity will feature working lights and a partial interior. No edition size or price was announced yet, but I would think it should be somewhere in the $500.00 price range. I'm looking forward to seeing this one. It's about time it came out. LOL.

Sideshow Collectibles
Alot to talk about here. Let's start off with Rambo. Sideshow just announced the Legendary Scale Bust of John Rambo. It's looks pretty cool and is now available for preorder on our website. Also, the Premium Format Captain America statue has been pre-selling very well for us and is pretty close to pre-selling out, so if you're on the fence about it and want to take advantage of our discounted price, now is the time to preorder him before he is gone.

On the way to our warehouse is our remaining pre-ordered inventory for Sideshow/Medicom's Super Deformed Darth Vader and Stormtrooper figures. They should be hitting us early to mid next week and will be back in stock once they arrive. This is our last shipment of these so if you want to pick one up, check Razor's the middle of next week.

Did you miss me? LOL, Here's another addition to everyone's favorite blog. So let's stop talking and start blogging. Here Goes...

Asajj Exclusive Character Keys are Here
Thanks to Acme for getting them all here in 1 piece. We actually got them in late yesterday and we've been boxing all day today and will start shipping all US orders Monday. Since the amount of foreign orders was very small, all foreign orders shipped today (we did them 1st to get them out of the way). Asajj came out beautiful and I'm sure everyone will be pleased. Check your email Inbox starting tomorrow because you will receive an email from USPS Click N Ship with your tracking number. I think by Tuesday night, all US preorders will be shipped. Also, don't forget to check your boxes when you open them. You may be an instant winner of the bonus character key.
Once all of our preorders are filled and shipped, Asajj will be listed as a normal stock item on the website. We are over 65% sold of these so far, so if you did not get a chance to preorder Asajj, there's still time to pick one up before she sells out.

Gentle Giant
Another pretty slow week (nothing new from GG), but I'm guessing by the end of the month, GG will be releasing more products for the 2007 release schedule. We got in some re-stocking of previously sold out products on the website this week, so take a quick look if you have time at our GG section or you can also find the re-stocked items in our Star Wars statues and Busts sections.

Also, the Corpse Bride Bonejangles statue is on his way to us and should be in stock early to mid next week. I'm looking forward to seeing what this looks like in person. It's supposed to come with leather pockets and the pool table is felt-lined. Maybe I will take one of these home for myself for Halloween.

Lurtz is Here !!! Lurtz is Here !!! and he is awesome. Sideshow did one hell of a job with him and I'm very pleased with the way he came out. We have a couple of pieces left for sale on the website and everyone who has a preorder for him was already emailed by us. For all of your LOTR fans, he was definitely worth the wait.

Also for your LOTR fans, Aragorn 12" Figures have shipped from Sideshow and should be in stock early to mid next week. This is Sideshow's 1st LOTR 12" figure and I'm curious to see what he looks like in person.

Razor's Blog Before the Weekend

I'm back again with some news and info for all of you, so put the women and children to bed and let's start Blogging.

Asajj Ventress Character Key Shipping Info
We spoke to Acme this week and Asajj will be leaving their warehouse in CA to us either today or Monday. This means Asajj will be here either next Friday or Monday (October 16th). Once she comes in, we are going to start boxing her, so we will need 1 day to get that done. Once they are all boxed, Asajj will start shipping to everyone. So expect her to start shipping either Tuesday, October 17th or Wednesday, October 18th. We will actually start processing the labels next week to save some time so we do not have to print them all at once and delay orders. We want to get her out as fast to you as humanely possible. So next week, all US customers will start to receive tracking emails from the post office. That will be your permanent tracking number for Asajj when she ships, so hold on to the email. If anyone has any questions about this, please drop me an email or use the contact us form on our main page.

As a bonus, Razor's Edge has decided to run a giveaway associated with the shipping of this Asajj Exclusive. We never had an official name for it, but let's call it for arguments sake, the "Buy Asajj and win a Key Giveaway." Sideshow also released a 3 pack of Endor Rebel Soldiers named the Endor Striker Force Bundle, which is only available on their website. It's a Sideshow only exclusive. Authorized Sideshow dealers will only be carrying the Endor Rebel Infantry Figure. The other 2 Soldiers and the 3 pack are only available through Sideshow.

Kotobukiya
One of my customers told me this week he has seen the Kotobukiya R2-D2 and C-3PO Figures out in Japan. This means the US should have them in hand in about 3 weeks or so. As we find out more information, we will let you know.

Me being a GG diehard, I have been on their site about 30 times in the last 10 days. I'm very impressed with the layout of the website and great message board section. Here we go again. Another Installment of our Blog. We have so many things to tell you, so let's begin.

Razor's Edge Exclusive Asajj Character Key
I figure why not start off this Blog with a Bang, Asajj.
You wanted her and you got her !!! Asajj Ventress. Here is the preorder information for her.

The key will go on sale Friday, September 29th at 1pm EST. There will be a strict limit of 3 keys per person. The price will be $30 per key, plus shipping. In order to streamline the ordering process there will be 3 distinct United States purchase options, which will each include shipping (Fully insured USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation / tracking).

The 3 options will be for (1) One Key, (2) Two Keys, or (3) Three Character Keys. Razor's Edge will be taking payment in full for these on Friday since they are scheduled to arrive within 2 weeks of the sale date. For those of you who ordered the ARC from Razor's Edge in the past will be glad to know, these Keys will also ship in the same Indestructo Boxes that the ARC Keys did. There will also be a Fourth ordering option for those of you who live outside the United States.

The Sideshow Medicom TIE Pilot VCD Figure also came in this week. Same as the Leia above. Everyone who had a preorder for the Pilot was contacted and extras are now live on the website as well.

We also added 15 Lord of the Rings Busts a little while ago in our Lord of the Rings Products Section. Alot of older / Long Sold out Busts in this Group, so you may want to check it out. It can possibly fill some old gaps in your Sideshow / Weta Collection.

We added 2 new Categories this week to our Website. First, is a Free Shipping Category. In this Category you will find everything Razor's Edge has to offer with Free Shipping. As new products are added with Free Shipping, they will also be added to this Category. I want to make sure it's easy to find all of these Bargains.

The 2nd Category is Named Razor's Edge Exclusives. This is where Asajj will be when we list her Friday. As well as Future Exclusives, which we are planning now. I think it will turn into our Hottest Category in the Future.

Can't miss them in our Blog. LOL. Nothing exciting so far, but with Gentle Giant, you never know. They seem to have a habit of releasing new items every month now, it seems. The only thing I have to report is finally, the Clash of the Titans Figure sets are coming. They should be here at the end of this week or early next week. Everyone who had a preorder for one will be contacted once they arrive in our warehouse.

Master Replicas
Same thing with Master Replicas, nothing really exciting to announce, except the Kermit the Frog Photo Puppet will be here sometime this week with the remaining cases of 501st Blue Clone Trooper Helmets, which are pre sold out now. As these items come in, of course, we will contact you.

Mezco / Living Dead Dolls
For all of you LDD fans, we just put up for preorder the brand new Edgar Allen Poe and Annabel Lee 2 Pack. It's been a while since Mezco put out a 2 Pack. Place your preorder now for these before they sell out. They are selling very fast and shipping is Free within the US on this 2 Pack.

Attakus
The TIE Pilot Statue, Jedi Luke Skywalker Statue, Bib Fortuna Statue and Gamorrean Guard all arrived this week. We sent out emails to everyone who had these on preorder and we have some extras which are live on the website now. After speaking with Attakus this week, the highly anticipated Probe Droid Statue should be in stock within the next 30 days. We also put up for preorder last week the Sandtrooper and Oola Statues, which are expected out at the end of this year / early next year.

Acme Archives
We can't stop talking about this company. LOL. The Shaak Ti Character Key will be the next key release after Asajj. This key will also retail for $30.00 and it will be limited to 1250 Pieces. I found out Acme will be sharing this exclusives with its authorized dealers. So we will have these available as well for the same price once they are released.

Sideshow Collectibles
Another company we can't stop talking about. Finally !!! The Alien Warrior Bust is on its way to our warehouse. We are pre sold out on these, but everyone who placed a preorder for one will get one. We received full allocation on these as well. I was told this box is gigantic in size and weighs about 60 pounds. So once these come in, We will email everyone on the preorder list. Can't wait to see this bust in person.

We also received an Email from Sideshow Today for the 12 Inch Aragorn as Strider Figure will be in Sideshow's hands on or around October 10th, so we should have him in stock around the 16th. I believe we have 1 more left for presale on the website and then he is pre sold out.

Sideshow sent us a newsletter today regarding the Medicom Real Action Hero Clonetrooper figure. He will be a Sideshow Only Exclusive, which means dealers can not purchase him. So if you want one of these, head over to Sideshow's website this Friday an order one. I'm curious to see what these will sell for considering they are an import. We shall see.

Sideshow's Lurtz Premium format figure should also be arriving to us sometime in the 2nd week of October. I have said it before, I'm so psyched to finally get one of these. We also still have a couple left for preorder of this now sold out Statue.

Release Date Changes:
Both the Star Wars Animated Boba Fett Maquette and Princess Leia Maquette domestic ship dates have been pushed back by a month. Early samples were not up to Gentle Giant’s standards of Quality, so the entire production run is being inspected to make sure the integrity of the product is maintained. The Boba Fett Maquette will now be shipping in October and the Princess Leia Maquette will now be shipping in November. The Darth Vader Maquette is still scheduled to release on time.

Attakus News:
Tomorrow we expect our full delivery of the Attakus Gamorrean Guard Statue, Bib Fortuna Statue, Jedi Luke Skywalker Statue and TIE Fighter Pilot Statue. For all of you who preordered them, we will be sending out notices tomorrow. We will also put the extra statues we ordered from Attakus in stock on the website.

Also, up for preorder now are the brand new Sandtrooper and Oola statues which are scheduled for a December 2006-January 2007 Release.

Sideshow News:
Sideshow Obi Wan is now in the house and Qui-Gon should be here by the end of this week so everyone who ordered multiple figures will be emailed along with customers who placed single figure orders. So check your in box for our In Stock Notices.

Also, the Jaws Maquette came in today. Real big box. We have a couple available for sale on the website now and everyone who preordered one was notified tonight.

We should be receiving some restocking as well on the Sideshow Chucky dolls later this week.

We have also heard rumors that Sideshow should have the Medicom VCD Yoda Figure available this week or next. He looks pretty good and is another great addition to Sideshow's / Medicom's VCD/VSD Figure line.

Kotobukiya News:
We are going to finally receive our Kotobukiya Star Wars Princess Leia Slave Figures next week as per Darkhorse. They were supposed to ship last week when we came back from vacation, but some companies unfortunately do not work as fast as we do. My Apologies for the delay.

Did you miss us? We missed all of you. The batteries are fully re-charged from the vacation and we are back now heading in to the fall with a full head of steam.

Let's see, where do I begin?

OK, let start off with our newest Sleeper Sale, which is now live on Razor's Edge.

We received 2/3 of our shipment of Special Ops Clone Trooper Helmets from Master Replicas so we started sending out emails to all of our clients who preordered them.

We are continuing to ship ROTS Clone Trooper Busts to fill every single preorder we had for them, so if you are reading this and did not get an email from me, let me know because all emails were sent out.

Our very special announcement scheduled for September 15th, unfortunately is going to be pushed back for about 1 week. Sorry about that. But believe me, it will be worth the wait.

Also, I have to list a brand new giveaway, it's been a little while since I ran one (last month), so I will put something really nice as the prize at the end of this week.

Sideshow is going to ship the Obi Wan 12 Inch and Qui-Gon 12 Inch out to us this week so they should be arriving next week.

Acme Archives has shipped us both, The Light of the Jedi and Shadow of the Sith Giclees, so they should be here early next week.

Gentle Giant shipped the Chrome Vader Statues out, so those will also be coming in at the very end of this week or early next week.

We spoke to Attakus yesterday and the Jedi Luke, Gamorrean Guard, Bib Fortuna and Tie Pilot statues should be shipping late this week, so with any luck, we will have them in stock next week.

Sideshow will have up the Plo Koon 12 Inch Exclusive Version this Friday on their website at 1 PM EST, so get ready for it. It looks really good from the small preview pics we saw.

Also, Master Replicas has the Darth Vader ROTJ SE and LE Sabers now available for pre-order directly on their website. Both of these items are exclusive to Master Replicas so we will not be able to sell them. So if you want one, you would need to purchase it directly from them.

We updated the website and added a couple of really cool preorders today and we have some Sideshow 12 Inch Mace Windu Figures and 12 Inch Han Solo Figures available for sale now under retail.

Last Blog Now I'm on Vacation

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to touch base because this is pretty much the last thing I'm doing before taking a well deserved break. I'm happy to report, we were able to ship out about 75% of our ROTS Clone Busts today to many happy customers. I wish I could have gotten to them all, but there was just not enough time. For all of you who feel you were left out, I apologize. When we're back from vacation on the 12th of September, shipping will resume for these.

September is going to be a kick As$ month for us. Alot of Sideshow product finally starting to ship. Master Replicas products will be coming as well. And let's not forget Attakus, who should be shipping several statues once they get them in. Plus, don't forget to watch for our very special announcement on September 15th. I'm sure it's going to please alot of you.

Before Our Vacation Blog

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to give you some more updated info before we leave for a very well deserved vacation next week.

We are getting in the Gentle Giant ROTS Clone Cases at the end of this week. Everyone who preordered them will get their order. We have everyone covered. Unfortunately, we do not have any extras at this time, unless we get a cancellation. If we get a cancellation, we already have a wait list of about 40 people. We will be offering them up to each wait list member in the order in which we received the email.

We will be getting in the Nearly Headless Nick Bust and Death Eater Bust from Gentle Giant as well. We are nearly pre-sold out, but will have a few left for sale once they arrive.

We also added last night over 25 Unleashed figures from a
loose, but complete collection we just purchased. Check them out by

clicking here. They are all listed in our Star Wars Figures
section.

Sideshow already emailed us, to tell us, the 12 Inch Bespin Han Solo Figure shipped, so they will be here at the end of this week. We received 2/3 of our preorder so far. The remaining Han Bespin Figures on our order will be arriving the week we get back from vacation. Depending upon the timing because it's already Wednesday, we will probably start emailing all customers who have them on preorder when we get back from vacation. By that time the Obi Wan should be here too, which is good for many of you who ordered 1 of each, so we can consolidate shipping and save you some money.

We have a new Sleeper Sale going live today as well. So you may want to check them out to save some good money on great products.

Now, what I call the kicker. The week we get back from vacation, we will have a very special announcement for all of you, which I'm sure, will make you real happy. So stay tuned for that.

Snakes on a Blog LOL

Hi Everyone,

Didn't know what to name this Blog so why not Snakes. LOL. Everyone else is talking about this movie.

Let's get down to some new info, here goes:

Gentle Giant Stuff

New in the last week are a bunch of brand new Gentle Giant Products. 5 new Star Wars items, 2 new Harry Potter Items and even a brand new Corpse Bride statue, which looks really amazing. We sent out a newsletter about them last week. So you may want to check them out. They are all listed on the main page and in the Gentle Giant section under Manufacturers.

Razor's Edge Stuff

We also brought in some new McFarlane figures from Hanna Barbara which look really cool. I love the Tom and Jerry sets. Really well done.

For you horror fans, Mezco just released the new Attack of the Living Dead Zombie sets, which just came in today and were added to the website. Pretty freaky stuff, my personal favorite is Hellen. LOL. Also since we are on the topic of Horror, we just got in the Thing Spider Head Bust / Statue from SOTA toys. Really well done piece and very wide. Pretty big box. Sota is really starting to turn out some really great products.

Code 3 Stuff

Tomorrow at 6 PM the Code 3 Universal Covers will go live for order on Razor's Edge. They will be limited to 1 per customer and are sold out everywhere so if you need a cover for your TIE Fighter, X-Wing or Republic Gunship, tomorrow night will be the time to purchase one. We have a very limited supply of these so we anticipate the will sell out rather quickly. So don't wait on this one. The Slave 1 Cover I have seen as high as $150 on Ebay, which is crazy. Speaking of Republic Gunship, the good folks at Code 3 found 3 Brand New Republic Gunships left in their warehouse. So they are on the way to us. These are pretty much the last 3 in existence. I expect them in stock at the end of this week.

Master Replicas Stuff

Master Replicas will have available for preorder through Razor's Edge on Thursday, the Boba Fett Scaled Replica Blaster from ROTJ. For all of you who could not afford the big version of the Boba Blaster, now you can own one for an affordable price. These will go live Thursday afternoon on Razor's Edge. Now let's talk about Special Ops Clone Trooper Helmets. Many of you preordered them and God knows we waited long enough for the recall on them. But, I'm happy to say the New Corrected Wave of these Special Ops helmets will be shipping to us the Last week of this month. So once they hot the warehouse, all of you who preordered one will be getting an email from me. Finally, the helmets are starting to arrive.

Sideshow Stuff

Let's finish off with Sideshow. The Super Deformed Stormtrooper and Darth Vader figures will be arriving this week. As will the 1/4 Scale Iron Man Comiquette/Statue. We are getting in our first wave of them at the end of this week. So is the final shipment of 12" Kit Fisto Figures, which will finish out all of our preorders and we will throw up the spares back for sale on the website.

Arriving next week are the Marvel Captain America Archival Sets and the Premium Format (1/4 Scale) Spiderman statues as well. With the Wolverine Comiquettes arriving at the end of next week / early following week.

Also, don't forget, Razor's Edge will be closed for vacation the week of September 4th (Labor Day Week). We will be closed from the 4th through the 8th of September for a well deserved vacation. We will post it on our main page later this week.

Don't forget tomorrow is the day to preorder the new Sideshow Acme Archives Count Dooku Character Key. There's been a pretty big debate on how fast this key will sell out. It will be interesting to see.

We hope everyone had a nice weekend. Here is some news for ya. First, we will be getting in a very limited supply of the Code 3 Universal Covers this Friday. This is the cover which will fit the TIE, X-Wing and Republic Gunship. This is the last shipment of these and once they are sold out, they are gone. Due to the high demand for them and very limited supply, they will be limited strictly to 1 per customer. The good news is, we will be selling them for under Code 3's suggested retail. I also wanted to mention our contest winner will be announced tomorrow for the Framed Mace Windu Character Key. Since we are on the subject of Acme, we were told the 2 new Giclees will be out within the next 3 to 4 weeks so once they arrive, we will be contacting everyone who has a preorder for them. Staying on the subject of Acme, Sideshow announced the new Dooku Character Key, which will be available for preorder this upcoming Thursday. With an edition size of 1250 pieces, make sure you purchase 1 for yourself. The Dooku looks great. Great job again Acme !!! Since this is a Sideshow only exclusive, it will not be available for purchase through us. Sorry everyone. Maybe the next one. LOL. We shall see. Also, our next sleeper sale will start tomorrow night, so for great deals, stop by the website tomorrow around 7 PM. Hopefully we will start to see the Gentle Giant ROTS Clone Trooper Busts at the end of this month. Since they are surfacing overseas it should be soon to arrive in the US. It's been a while since the last Blog post. Sorry about that. It's been a crazy week with the arrival of the Signature Series Code 3 TIE Fighters and Slave 1 Ships. We are working on obtaining more covers for them and should have some in stock next week. We also received the Master Replicas Obi Wan FX Sabers today. Really nice. I have one in my car already to take home. LOL. We added a bunch of new preorders tonight for some really cool items. Upper Deck seemed to get into the Marvel Game and is coming out with 2 really awesome looking busts of Silver Surfer and Thor, so check those out. We also have the Rocky Balboa Prop Replica Glove Set available for preorder as well. Tomorrow, we are going to list a bunch of sold out Gentle Giant products so you may want to checkout the Star Wars Statues and Busts Section for some really older items coming back into stock. We even have a Dewback. Yes a Dewback going up. We will also be restocking some other older sold out Star Wars items as well. Tomorrow is going to be a great Star Wars day, as is every day at Razor's Edge.

Also for all of you preorder people, some exciting news from Sideshow on what's coming in stock. Sideshow Saw Puppets are coming in and are due to arrive next week along with our 1st batch of Medicom Robocop Figures as well. The Sideshow 1/4 Scale Spiderman Statue is due to arrive in about 2 weeks. Same goes for the Medicom Super Deformed Vader and Stormtrooper Figures. They should be here the same time. Also coming in about 2 weeks from Sideshow is the Wolverine Comiquette. I'm personally looking forward to that one. I also wanted to announce some of the pulls of customers who purchased the Topps Evolution Update Hobby Boxes from us. We had 1 customer pull the rare Signature Anakin card. Wow, great pull Andy. Well, that's what it feels like here. 4th day in a row where the real feel temp hit over 100. We're not melting, but it feels like we are. LOL. The Anakin Character Keys came in stock and will go on sale tomorrow at 12 Noon EST. We're actually pre boxing them all ahead of time today (1 per box) so when you place your order tomorrow, there is a good shot we can get it out tomorrow. Hey, it's the least we can do for you. Plus check the website tomorrow and starting next week. We've been wheeling and dealing to get older sold out products from fellow collectors and walk in customers so you never know what will pop up on the website. We've also had a cancellation today on a presale of something pretty hot which will also go live on the website tomorrow. Reason for the name of this Blog is NY is being hit with a heatwave. Yesterday, the real feel temp was over 100 (105). Today the regular temp is going to hit 100, with the real feel at 112. We are roasting in the warehouse for all of you guys. LOL, Thank God, we still have power. Parts of NY have been up and down.

Anyway let's get to some news (stops to take a sip of Ice Water). Tomorrow we will be receiving our Anakin Character Keys from Acme Archives, so they will go On Sale, Friday at 12 PM EST. They will be limited to 1 per person. If you place an order for more than 1, your entire order will be cancelled and you may miss out on this rare piece. We have a very limited quantity available and it will be first come, first serve on these. We will also be getting in the Acme Archives Star Wars Starfighter Pursuit Panscapes in as well, so for those of you who have them on preorder, you will be notified by us.

We will also be getting in a very limited supply of Hard Hero's now sold out Captain America Statue. They should be here by the end of the week and will be put live on the website as soon as they come in stock.

We also received an email from Master Replicas and we should have the new Obi Wan FX Sabers in stock sometime at the end of this week or early next week.

We should also have the new Neca Cult Classic Series 4 Sets in sometime at the end of this week / early next week. We received our shipping notice from Neca so they are on the way to us.

We added a couple of new products available for sale and preorder today with more to come this week.

The BBQ and Star Wars Blog

First, we will get to Star Wars. The Premium Format Leia Figures are due to arrive in our warehouse early next week so whoever has them on preorder will be notified by us. We will also have the regular version of Sideshow's 12 Inch Bib Fortuna Figure available for preorder this Friday. We spoke with Acme and our Anakin Character Key order is confirmed. We are going to get them in stock first and then put them up for sale on the site. It will be a limit of 1 per customer because we are not getting that many. Keep an eye on the Blog because I will announce before hand what day and time they will go live for sale.

Now on to the BBQ portion. As you all know I love BBQ. I'm leaving right after this blog post to go home and BBQ up some Roumanian Steaks the wife picked up today. A good and easy trick which I learned to tenderize a steak pretty quick is use Seltzer water. You only have to sit them in the Seltzer for about 30 minutes and if you cook them right, they are like butter. I personally like to marinate them as well for about an hour in a simple marinade made up of Olive Oil, a Little Lemon Juice, 1 Crushed Garlic Clove, Salt and Pepper and a couple of dashes of Paprika. Man O' Man, they are awesome. Anyway, that's the stuff for today. Have a great night and Happy BBQ to all.

Well Comic Con is now over, but alot of great new products are now available for preorder at Razor's Edge. We've added 20 new items from Sideshow alone. Some really great stuff. Also, since I'm on the topic of Sideshow, we expect the Greedo 1:1 scale bust to arrive later this week along with The Hulk vs Spiderman Diorama Statues, More Arwen Evenstar LOTR statues, The Tremors Graboid Maquettes and Princess Leia Premium Format statues should arrive at the end of this week or early next week we were told. Also, once our order for the Anakin Character Key is confirmed from Acme Archives and we know the exact quantity we will receive, we will put them available for purchase as well. Based on sales at the Comic Con and the quantity they will allow us to purchase, there will be a limit to how many you can purchase. We are not sure yet how many we will get and this limit will be based on how many are going to arrive. The Star Wars Starfighter Pursuit Panscape should also be arriving shortly so all of the people who preordered them from us will be notified as soon as they hit the warehouse. We also still have some Light of the Jedi and Shadow of the Sith Giclees still available for preorder, but those are starting to run low. We've also had some reports from our customers that the website has been running a little slow. We took care of that problem with our ISP and we now have double the bandwidth allowance and storage space to help accommodate our growth. So speed should not be an issue anymore. Stay tuned for more news as it comes in. Late last Friday we actually had our first experiece with Nature. LOL, Lightning to be exact and we had a bolt hit the power pole outside so we were actually without power for about an hour. LOL, scary thought because without the juice, we're pretty much dead. I feel sorry for all of the people who live in parts of Queens, NY. They have been without power for over a week. I could never imagine that. The sleeper sale will start a little earlier than normal today because I have a BBQ tonight and I love BBQ, so I will be out of here on time. Hot Summer Blog !!!

Alot to blog about today. First, we've added 9 Brand new preorders to the website from Gentle Giant and Sideshow, which include the highly anticipated Chrome Darth Vader Statue, which was a Japanese Exclusive, which we are now allowed to take orders for. Along with the brand new Plo Koon Bust and Obi Wan in Clone Armor Statue, this should fill your Star Wars appetite. We still have a few more Boba Fett statues available for preorder from Sideshow, which is a very hot piece and for all of you Lord of the Rings Fans who thought you were forgotten about (myself included), Gentle Giant has their first 2 busts from the Ring Bearer collection now available for preorder on Razor's Edge. They are Strider and the Ringwraith Busts. With Gentle Giant's precision laser sculpting, both busts look amazing and should sell fast. My guess is since it's the first of the line, I do not think the production runs will be that high (only a guess). Sideshow also comes in with a brand new Legendary Scale Mogul Lord bust for those of us who love size. It's a pretty big bust, standing close to 2 Feet tall. It's about time some more LOTR stuff came out. LOL. Now for some product info, Sideshow's 12 Inch Kit Fisto Figure is expected tomorrow in our warehouse, so once he arrives, preorder in stock notice emails will go out to everyone who has a Kit on preorder. We should also have our remaining inventory of Gentle Giant Qui-Gon Jinn busts in stock this Thursday at the warehouse. Arriving with Qui are the Corpse Bride Pastor Gaswells Busts and the Corpse Bride, the Bride busts. Since Comic Con will be starting Wednesday, I would think that's pretty much it for what's coming in this week. We expect the Sideshow Hulk vs. Spiderman Diorama statues to start arriving sometime next week from Sideshow. I think the Sideshow Leia Premium Format statue should arrive soon after the Sideshow Hulk vs. Spiderman Diorama as well. Probably in about 2 weeks as a good guess. We were just notified by Sideshow that the Kit Fisto 12" Figures are on their way to us and should be in our warehouse next Tuesday. Once they come in, we will email everyone who has one on preorder. Also, we will be receiving 2 shipment of Qui Gon Busts from GG. The 1st shipment will be arriving Friday or Monday (This Week / Next Week) and the remaining balance of them will be arriving at the end of next week. Looking forward to this bust. We should have some extras in stock once the 2nd shipment arrives so we will have them listed on the website after we fill all of our preorders. We will also be getting in some restock on the Sideshow Marvel Wolverine vs. Sabretooth Diorama and the Sideshow Weta Arwen Evenstar Statues later this week. Well it's July 5th. I hope everyone had a happy and safe 4th. Our next Sleeper Sale is now live, so you may want to checkout what's for sale this week. It will Shock you. LOL. I had Vanilla Ice on my mind today so I came up with the Arc Arc Baby special, which is a Gentle Giant Arc Trooper Maquette bundled with an Arc Character Key. I always wanted to do that. LOL. Hard Hero shipped us our Incredible Hulk order so that Green Bad Boy is due to arrive at the end of this week / early next week. We were told by Hard Hero that the Hulk weighs a hefty 18 pounds. Which is the heaviest Marvel Hard Hero statue made so far. Sideshow showed a sneak preview of their newest Marvel VS statue coming out, which will be a Captain America vs. Red Skull Diorama, which looks cool from the sneak peak picture, but I have to see it complete to decide if I want to add it to my own collection. Also, my son (now at 8 months) is crawling all over the house. LOL. He's got some pep in his step. We will be adding another fun feature to the website in the next 2 weeks. We are working on new enhancements. We can't let the cat out of the bag yet, but we will announce it here once it goes live. Also, our Myspace page is almost finished. We've been working on it as we have the time. Once it is completed, we will link it to our main page. Last but not least, our Arc Contest winner will be announced tomorrow in our contest section and on the blog, so good luck to everyone. That's it for now, gotta run.

It's been a while since I posted something so I did not want all of you to think I was dead. LOL. We will have coming in next week our last shipment of Mace Windu Character Keys from Acme Archives. We expect them in early in the week and we will have them live on the website as soon as they arrive. We will also have the Sideshow 12 Inch Hicks figure from Aliens coming in as well. Sideshow just shipped us, our first wave of them. So everyone who has a preorder for one will be emailed from me. We put back up for preorder some Gentle Giant products which were pre sold out, but we were able to order more. We have some Sideshow 12 Inch Anakin and Jedi Luke now available for sale. We are also sending out 2nd notices to everyone who preordered the ARC Character Key tomorrow. We still have about 30 people who did not pay and after the 2nd notice comes the final notice. If we have any extras, they will be put back up in stock on the website as a 2nd chance offer. Some of our customers took advantage of this last week when we listed extras. I'd like to say this Blog was a pretty good idea. After having it up for about 6 weeks, we have received very nice comments from some of you. We have even heard reports that some other retail websites are starting their own Blog. Good for them. Customers should be notified about what's going on. Looking forward to a nice 4th of July weekend. We will be open Monday, July 3rd and closed on Tuesday, July 4th for the holiday. Just a quick update! We have been processing, packing and shipping the Arc's 18 hours a day and have already shipped over 250 out! I am personally handling these while my employees handle the normal day to day processing and shipping! Razors Edge Exclusive ARC Trooper Character Key Shipping Information

We are going to streamline this process to make it easy for everyone so we can ship these out right away.

I just got off the phone with Acme and these will ship to us this Wednesday or Thursday at the latest, so we expect them in our warehouse on June 13th or June 14th.

Starting June 10th, I am going to email each and every one of you who have these on preorder sorted by date order. Whoever ordered 1st, gets an email from me first, etc. The email will basically tell you how many you purchased, what your balance is based on your preorder deposit and what the shipping is, which will give you a grand total of what is due for your order.

At that point, you will be given choices of how to pay off the balance.

The choices will be Credit Card, Paypal or Check/Money Order. If you paid the deposit on your credit card, we have the ability to re-charge that same card for the balance (with your approval of course). If you want us to send you a Paypal invoice for the balance, no problem, we can do that as well.

Once you are paid in full, your order will ship. I'm keeping this as simple as possible.

I figure we should be able to get everything out (providing we receive all balances due), within a week.

These will be shipping in special boxes called destructos with bubble wrap.

Unless specified on your preorder, we will be shipping everything via USPS Priority Mail with Tracking and Insurance.

We will be using the Click N Ship program via the web so each of your will receive a tracking number as well, via Email from the USPS website.

For foreign orders, we will contact you with different shipping options to your country and pricing for that option. Based on the option you select, is how we will ship.

Well it's back from the Holiday weekend and we had the new Attakus General Grievous statue waiting for us when we got back. Real nice statue. One of the best works Attakus has ever done IMHO. Sideshow's Anakin 12 Inch will be here before the week is over and we got in our 1st shipment of Sideshow/Hot Toys AVP Celtic and Scar figures so we've been emailing all of our customers who have a preorder in for those. We added a couple of new Attakus Statues to our preorders page and the new Sideshow 12" Boromir Figure. Our new contest starts Friday and it's a pretty cool giveaway this time. We also got in some re-stock of the Code 3 Signature TIE Fighter and added a couple more GG pieces to the website. Also, the ARC Character Key Exclusive is down to the last 3 pieces.

Gentle Giant Announces Production Runs

Gentle Giant announces that the Boba Fett Maquette will be limited to 7,000. The General Grievous mini bust will have the same edition size. Production for the Revenge of the Sith Clone Troopers has been caped at 15,000, with 7,500 of those being all white clones, 5,000 501st Special-Ops clones, and 2,500 Utapau clones.
